Analysis of Drug Resistance of 317 Cases of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To analyze the drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa( PAE) in the hospital,so as to provide reference for the clinic. METHODS Totally 317 strains of PAE in the hospital form Jan. 2014 to Spet. 2015 were collected.Identification and drugs susceptibility test were conducted for each strain. RESULTS Strains of PAE mostly distributed in respiratory medicine( 16.40%),ICU( 13.25%),burn department( 11.36%),outpatient clinic( 13.36%). The sample were mainly from putum specimens( 57.73%),secretions( 17. 67%),prostate fluid( 10. 73%). Drug sensitivity test showed low drug resistance of PAE to amikacin( 11.99%),piperacillin sodium and tazobactam,meropenem,and imipenem. CONCLUSION PAE showed muti-resistance and high drug resistance. Clinicians should use antibiotics reasonably to reduce the drug resistance.
