Analysis of 32 Cases of Adverse Reactions of Iopromide Injection

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To promote the rational application of iopromide injection by monitoring adverse drug reactions. To discuss the clinical features and occurrence of the anaphylaxis which was caused by the iopromide injection,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug application. METHODS All of the ADR case reports of iopromide injection in Chashan hospital were collected and analyzed from April 2010 to September 2015. RESULTS The incidence rate of iopromide injection ADR was 1. 67%.Mainly was skin allergic reactions. Followed by the nervous system and digestive system’s adverse reactions. Serious adverse reactions were anaphylactic shock and acute renal insufficiency. CONCLUSION To ensure drug application safety,patients should be closely observed before and after treatment,actively respond to the prevention and treatment of serious adverse reactions.
