Abstract:
Recently, increasing researches revealed that extracellular matrix(ECM) proteins play important roles in human disease development. Asporin is one of the components in ECM, which belongs to the family of small leucine rich proteoglycan(SLRP). It has been revealed that Asporin is associated with various human diseases. Therefore, we perform an overview of the researches between Asporin and human disease.
