Abstract: Objective: To quantitatively compare the clinical effects between the laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for the adrenal adenoma patients. Methods: A total of 113 cases of adrenal adenoma patients in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2014 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases) and observation group(69 cases) according to the surgical programs difference. The control group were given traditional open surgery and the observation group were given laparoscopic surgery. Results: All the indicators such as operative time, blood loss, postoperative drainage, drainage tube removal time, pain medication by dose, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, hospital stay and complications incidence in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disease patients can improve the patients’ perioperative situation, suppress the postoperative pain and morbidity, promote prognosis and recovery.
