Description
Українська: Зображення поверхні нанокристалічного фосфіду індію, отриманого методом електрохімічного травлення. На поверхні було сформовано кристалічний оксид індію, що має квіткоподібну структуру. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 100 разів. Отримані структури можуть знайти застосування при виготовленні лазерної техніки. Наноструктуровані напівпровідники виявляють ряд незвичайних властивостей, якими не володів вихідний напівпровідниковий кристал, тому їх часто називають метаматеріалами або надматеріалами.
English: Image of indium phosphide nanocrystalline surface obtained by electrochemical etching. On the surface, crystals of indium oxide formed, which have a flowery structure. Photos of nanostructures were obtained with the scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdiansk State Pedagogical University. 100x magnification. These structures can be used in the manufacture of laser technology. Nanostructured semiconductors exhibit a number of unusual properties, and are often called metamaterials or supermaterials.
