#UberCHOPPER comes to Manila

Fancy yourself a secret agent out to save the world? Or a tech mogul on an important business trip? You may not have the guns nor the gadgets to pull it off, but Uber's latest offering might just be the next best thing.

The hugely popular ride sharing service messaged its Philippine customers late Tuesday, offering a sneak peek at its new UberCHOPPER service.

You just have to open your Uber app on Saturday, November 21, between 8am and 10am. In addition to the usual car services, you should find an option marked UberCHOPPER.

You will then be picked up by an UberBLACK car and taken to a pre-designated helipad, where your personal helicopter ride will be waiting.

And you can even bring a couple of friends along with you!

"Demand for UberCHOPPER will be sky-high (no pun intended) and supply will be limited. If at first you don’t see any Ubers available, keep trying!" Uber said in its press release.

The service is being provided in partnership with Airtrav Inc., "a local company that owns and operates air charter services in the Philippines."

However, there are no details yet on how UberCHOPPER will be offered in the long term.

For more information about the offer, including restrictions and limitations, visit Uber's website. The Uber app is available as a free download on Google Play and iTunes. — GMA News
