Analysis on 256 Cases of Drug Fever in Domestic Literatures

Abstract: Objective: To explore the mechanism,regularity and characteristics of drug fever,in order to provide reference for clinical ralional medication. Methods: Chinese Hospital Knowledge Databases( CHKD),and Wanfang database and VIP were searched with key words for case reports of drug fever,and the obtained references were collected and statistical analyzed. Results: 134 cases( 52. 34%) of antibiotic drugs,36 cases( 14. 06%) of Chinese medicine preparation and 24 cases( 9. 38%) of circulatory system drugs were in the drugs of drug fever based; Intravenous drip accounted for 73. 05% of the highest; 225 cases were accompanied with other symptoms and complications; There were some patients had blood change after using antibiotics. Conclusion: We should correctly understand and pay attention to the drug fever clinically,strengthened the rational drug use,reduce the risk of ADR,and ensure drug safety.
