Ruth M. (Humbert) Shaver, 104, of North Kingstown, died peacefully on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Roberts Health Centre. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Shaver. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Charles A. Humbert & Julia (Warner) Humbert.

Mrs. Shaver was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was the loving mother of Robert A. Shaver and his wife Ruth J. of North Kingstown, Harold D. Shaver and his wife Antoinette of Sanford, NC and the late Charles A. Shaver. Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was the sister of the late Charles Humbert & Amelia Hasselbach.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held Saturday, February 6th at 11:00 am in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, 540 North Broadway, Tarrytown, NY.
