“You can have up to four characters in your party at a time, and in battle each character is assigned to one of your controller’s face buttons. Tapping a button makes the character in that position attack, and anyone can attack at any time as long as they have an action available. And each character has multiple attack variants and a super, allowing you to create a variety of powerful combos suited to the battle at hand.
According to the post, three characters will be made available for play during the prototype: Zebei the archer, Razmi the shaman, and Tungar the warrior. Should the game make it to release, expect around 27 playable characters as well as guest characters including Annie (Skullgirls), Calibretto (Battle Chasers), The Drifter (Hyper Light Drifter), Juan (Guacamelee), Lea (Curses N’ Chaos), Shovel Knight (Shovel Knight), and Zackasaurus (Super Time Force Ultra).
The release of the prototype coincides with an ongoing crowd-funding campaign for Indivisible, which as of writing, currently sits on a little over $800K of a $1.5M target. Should the game reach its goal, publisher 505 Games has agreed to put an additional $2M into the funding of Indivisible.
