Unannounced Oppo A53 Smartphone with 5.5″ HD Display Certified by TENAA

Few days ago, we exclusively spoke about two new smartphones from Oppo dubbed as Oppo R7s Plus and Oppo A33m getting certified by TENAA. Now, yet another upper mid-range smartphone called as Oppo A53 has been approved by TENAA revealing the specifications and features of the upcoming device.

According to the TENAA listing, the Oppo A53 comes with a 5.5-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD IPS display. Under the hood, is the unspecified 64-bit Octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card slot upto 128GB. The smartphone supports dual sim dual standby and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

The Oppo A53 will sport a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing shooter for the selfie-loving world. On the connectivity front, the device includes 4G-LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and a microUSB port. Its dimensions are 131.9×65.54×8.03 mm weighs around 165 grams and will come in colors- Gold & Silver.

Apart from this no other details about the upcoming smartphone have been revealed. Although the company officially confirms nothing, as TENAA certifies it we can expect the device to launch soon. Stay tuned for more details in coming days!
