Quantico Mega Buzz: What's Up with Nathalie's Fake Ear Scar?

You better earmark the 10th episode of Quantico. That's when the truth behind Nathalie's fake ear scar will finally be revealed.

"You find out why she wears the fake scar she has," Anabelle Acosta tells us. "You learn a lot about her and the choices she has made. She deals with a lot of inner turmoil and insecurity from her past with her ex-boyfriend and her daughter."

Acosta assures that the reason for the pseudo scar "totally makes sense" once you learn Nathalie's backstory, as will her disdain for Alex (Priyanka Chopra). That is, she believes, not because Nathalie's jonesing for Ryan (Jake McLaughin) or even out of jealousy. "Nathalie overcompensates. She tries to act tough. It's almost like the people who talk the loudest in the room are the ones who are the least tough. It's the quiet ones you have to watch," Acosta says. "You'll see that Nathalie's been through a lot. I think people who are weakened have a lot to lose on the line. You feel the pressure to be the best. She's like, 'I'm leaving my kid. I left all this back home. I have to win here. I have to succeed.' She has her eye on the mark and taking out the best in the class, which is Alex."
