    Dominic Wilcox, an artist/designer/inventor, started the INVENTORS! Project because he wanted to show how inventive children can actually be.

    Wilcox told BuzzFeed, "I asked a few kids to draw their own invention ideas after I'd shown them some of the unusual things I'd made. I was really impressed... and thought they should be developed and shown in the best way possible by making them real."

    From 600 submissions, Wilcox picked out the 60 most “interesting, ingenious or fantastical” for local makers and manufacturers to turn into a reality.
