As epic as it is queer
The Noss Saga is a high fantasy tale of transformation and self-discovery. Imbued with unabashed wonder and a lust for places unknown, this ambitious adventure explores sexuality, our connections to other species, unconventional kinds of love, and the very nature of consciousness.

The books not only contain extensive supplemental materials, but also include an inordinate amount of maps and illustrations I made myself.

An ambitious, sweeping saga
The Noss Saga spans six books and over one million words. All the books are written and are in different stages of editing. My goal is to release the books as soon as the edits and illustrations are finished, approximately every 8 months.
The books are a bit nerdy (paleoartists? biologists? geologists? astronomers? gotchu covered fam), they have intrinsic shapeshifting and anthropomorphic themes (furries, rejoice!), they explore sex, gender, and sexuality (it may not be smut, but I’m not holding back), and they are filled with an unabashed sense of wonder.
Alongside Tolkien, believe it or not, Carl Sagan and Richard Feynman have been my greatest inspirations for these novels. I don’t want the readers to merely fall in love with the characters and plot, I want them to fall in love with the beauty of the world, with the joy of discovery, with the promise of a much grander story to come.
About Joaquín
Hi! I'm Joaquín. Originally from Paraguay, now I live in Los Angeles. I do a bit of everything, from photography, to animated shorts, cinematography at Disney, 3D prints, and writing fantasy novels. I like to tap into all my nerdy passions when writing. You'll also find me on social media posting all sorts of weird shit (Bluesky is my home lately).
