The much-awaited teaser of ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ starring Mohanlal is finally out, and it has already garnered the attention of the movie buffs. The Lijo Jose Pellissery’s directorial, which is originally made in Malayalam, is being dubbed and simultaneously released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. The makers have now opened up about why they have decided to release in five languages.
While many contemporary movies dub and release in multiple languages aiming for a broader pan-Indian audience, the rationale behind the makers of 'Malaikottai Vaaliban' choosing to release in various languages wasn't the same.
One of the producers of the film stated that they decided because of the undeniable universality of the film. In a statement, one of the producers of 'Malaikottai Vaaliban' said, “Lijo Jose Pellissery has not only created a vast canvas but assembled a sterling ensemble cast headlined by the legendary Mohanlal.
