With debate continuing to rage over the acceptance of Syrian refugees, the gender wage gap, police brutality, and the U.S. response to ISIS, there may be only one person who can bring generations of family members together: Adele. At least that’s what Saturday Night Live hopes: the sketch comedy series produced its own parody of Adele’s “Hello,” using the song as a bridge between warring family members around the Thanksgiving dinner table. Come for the cast members and host Matthew McConaughey wearing Adele’s now-iconic fur coat from the “Hello” video, stay for Aidy Bryant rolling around in the leaves.
