For Gymkhana 7, Ken Block switched things up by using a completely bespoke Ford Mustang rather than one of his rally or global rallycross cars.

While we already known the next instalment of Block’s famed video series will use a specially-designed 1978 Ford Escort Mk2, rendering genius Khyzyl Saleem has decided to imagine how a possible Gymkhana pick-up truck could look.

For his latest and craziest design, Saleem started with a sixth-generation Ford F-Series and swiftly set about fitting it with a widebody kit from a Toyota AE86. While that may seem like an odd combination, the flared wheel arches, sweeping side skirts and new front splitter actually work quite well with the otherwise understated and straight-edged design of the pick-up.

When finished with a set of custom wheels and an impossibly low ride height, we think this would be the perfect drift-friendly machine for Block.
