United Airlines to bring Boeing Dreamliner to London-Los Angeles route

United Airlines has announced it will enhance the on board experience for its customers travelling from London Heathrow to its hub at Los Angeles International Airport, by introducing the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to the daily non-stop service from April 6th, 2016.

The visionary design of the Dreamliner offers customers many features for increased comfort such as large windows, spacious overhead storage and modern LED lighting to simulate a full day, helping passengers adjust their internal clock on the trans-Atlantic flight.

In addition, a lower cabin altitude, cleaner air and smoother ride help customers feel rested on arrival.

United’s 787-9 aircraft is configured with a total of 252 seats – 48 seats in United BusinessFirst and 204 seats in United Economy, including 88 Economy Plus seats with added legroom and increased personal space.

“We are excited to introduce the 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft on our nonstop London Heathrow-Los Angeles service.

The return flight, UA934, departs Los Angeles at 17:45, arriving in London at 12:15 the following day.
