The shipping take is aproximately 12-30 working days. I ship the item within 1-3 working days after recieving payment.

I ship worldwide. Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is correct. That is the address where your order will be shipped.

I include a tracking number with each order. It is your responsibility to track the package and pick it up on time from the post office if it was brought when you weren't home! If the package is returned to me due to incorrect address or unclaimed, I deduct the postage for the return of the package in the amount of 20% of the order value, including postage.
If you have not received your order after one month you must let me know so I can open a tracing case at the post office! If you do not inform me about the non-receipt of the package within three months, there will be no refund!

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, also duty tax on returning the goods in the seller's country for delivery from outside the EU (approx. 35 euros) and and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
