Disclosure have revealed the full details of Caracal, their upcoming album. Apart from the previously shared "Holding On", "Bang That", "Moving Mountains", and "Omen" featuring Sam Smith, the album features songs with Lorde (as previously reported), Miguel, and the Weeknd. Caracal will be released on September 25.
