WDS Clinches Contract for Arrow's Daandine Expansion Project in Queensland

WDS Limited, an Australian services provider to the energy and mining sectors, announced Tuesday that the company has been awarded a balance of works contract on Arrow Energy’s Daandine Expansion Project (DDEXP) in Queensland, Australia under its 50:50 Joint Venture with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC). The new contract includes the installation and commissioning of 3 compression stations.

The value of these works is in the region of $25.27 million (AUD 32.9 million) bringing the total award to the Joint Venture of approximately $46 million (AUD 60 million), on the Daandine Expansion site. These works are part of the Construction Master Services Agreement signed in July 2014 between Arrow Energy and the Joint Venture partners.

Laurie Voyer, WDS’ CEO and managing director said: “This section of works is the remaining portion of the current Daandine Expansion Project."
