Last month we unveiled our new secret weapon, TNW Index, here on The Next Web. In case you missed it, Index is our social database that can be used to track the news and activity of companies, cities, and markets that you are interested in. What started as a tool for our editors now offers everything you need to stay up-to-date – whether you’re a founder, investor, blogger or just a startup enthusiast.

What does a curator do, you ask?

Curators will be select users who ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate. They will follow coverage and acquisition, and help our team to find interesting companies to bring into the Index fold.

We are looking for startup-savvy, news-hungry tech enthusiasts who are involved with their local startup scene. Like the forum moderators of old, curators will be the most well-informed of users whose contribution will be proudly displayed on their city and country pages.
