Christine Oliver identified several of the players in Keith Arnold's photograph of South Kinson Junior School football team taken during their 1958-59 season. The picture was first published on June 17 and then on Sept 2.
She has named them as follows, back row, left to right, teacher Mr Hall, David Longman, an unknown, David Powell, Robert Cooper, Clifford Underwood, Keith Arnold and teacher Mr Dobbs. In the middle row are Bobby Way, an unknown, David Owens, Stephen Baker and David Perrin. In front are Alan Giles and two unknowns.
Christine was in the netball team. She thought the school and teachers were very good.
