We've used Parallax for years at L&M Bling and love its flexibility and customization options. What truly sets Out of the Sandbox apart is their support! After months of troubleshooting a mysterious search issue, Shandy investigated, identified the exact cause, and provided the solution. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. Excellent theme and exceptional support!

Functional theme. Very helpful support team too. Keep up the good work.

I am concerned about this theme. We purchased it on one of our store and then closed the store and moved it over to our other store instead. After a couple of years they stopped the theme access and our store got unpublished. We were forced to repurchase the theme whereas we already had it purchased previously. After the repurchase no one provided support to transfer over store to new version.

After nearly 9 years using the Parallax theme from Out of the Sandbox, I couldn’t be happier. The system is intuitive, flexible, and makes building and managing an online store straightforward. Whenever I’ve needed support, their team has responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently. I highly recommend their themes to anyone building a Shopify store.
