* Prints are shipped from my studio in San Diego, CA. All orders ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and include a tracking number

* Every measure is taken to ensure your prints arrive to you in perfect condition. Prints 11 x 14 and smaller are placed inside a cello sleeve secured between two firm foamcore boards and shipped using a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent any bending whatsoever. Prints 12 x 18 and larger are rolled and shipped inside a heavy-duty 3-inch wide cardboard mailing tube

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I accept returns on standard size prints up to 16x24. Since all prints are made to order I do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

If you want to make a return you need to contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and return the print within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the print back in its ORIGINAL CONDITION I will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
