So, I can still see how it could be faked.
A dolly/servo type device (something to open the door remotely) at the top of the door inside the bathroom (which is off camera the entire time), which is reinforced as a possibility given there is the sound as the door opens which sounds like a squeaky wheel, spring, or some such popping (a sound that isn't there in the first video as the door opens). There is also the fact that the first video the door appears to be fully closed, and from what I can tell, the door knob turns before the door opens, while in the new video it appears as though the door is not fully closed (a light can be seen at the top of the door that can't be seen in first, granted, though, it is a different camera angle) and that the doorknob does not appear to turn as far as I can tell this time. And while the remote could be off completely off camera, and it may just be a coincidence, but it kind of looks like the bf is palming something besides the base of the camera in his left hand (this could account for the slow closing action as if the remote was being palmed it may be at an awkward position to properly hit the right button).
If legit as claimed, the video still doesn't convince me because of the above.
