Rumors are circulating that Bobbi Kristina is dead or near death after a hearse was spotted at the hospice where she's staying.

The Daily Mail published photos showing a hearse backing into a mysterious tent that was put up Wednesday around the back door of the Peachtree Christian Hospice near Atlanta. The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has been at the facility for more than three weeks as her condition continues to deteriorate.

The family has not commented on Bobbi Kristina's current status, but her co-guardian and aunt Pat Houston and others have been spotted at the hospice recently. Tyler Perry and other celebrities have also been seen visiting, reportedly saying their final goodbyes.

"She is in God's hands now," the Houston family said in a statement last month when she was moved out of the hospital.

Bobbi Kristina Brown was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home on Jan. 31, close to the 3-year anniversary of her mother's death in similar circumstances. The young reality star underwent surgery to replace her breathing tube with a tracheostomy tube in February, but hasn't shown any improvement after nearly six months.

Meanwhile, a court-appointed representative of Brown has filed a lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, claiming he stole money from her and abused her physically and emotionally. She announced in 2013 on the reality series "The Houstons: On Our Own" that she was engaged to Gordon, long rumored to be her adoptive brother, but her father denied a wedding ever happened.
