Details:
The CMEs from the last days caused some awesome auroral displays over the geographic South Pole in the last 40 hours. The red was so intense that it was clearly visible to the naked eye a very nice prelude to the all sky illumination later that day. All exposures are the same (15s, f4, iso3200) the camera and external batteries were stored in a heated box to last for 40h since the outside temperatures were around -90°F ambient.
