Decision Made for Monday on Holding Classes for Norwalk Public Schools

Norwalk Public Schools and surrounding school districts are dismissing students early because of the incoming storm.

All Norwalk Public Schools students will be dismissed on Monday by 12:25 p.m., according to the school district website.

High school students will be dismissed at 11:15 a.m., middle school students at 11:50 a.m., early elementary schools at 11:50 a.m. and late elementary schools at 12:25 p.m., according to the announcement.

Other public school districts dismissing students early on Monday include Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, Wilton, Weston and Fairfield, according to WFSB-TV.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If weather predictions change overnight, a decision may be made to change early dismissal to a cancellation – please check in the morning for confirmation.
