The wholesale lending division of Carrington Mortgage Services announced the appointment of Tom O’Leary as regional sales manager. Carrington Mortgage Services is a residential retail and wholesale lending subsidiary of Carrington Holding Company.

Under O’Leary’s direction, Carrington’s wholesale operation will remain focused on continued growth, providing expanded product offerings and producing faster turn times to effectively meet market demands.

“With Tom O’Leary’s industry knowledge and his tenacity to meet the unique needs of the clients we serve, he is well positioned to lead our wholesale lending operations and add tremendous value to our customers,” said Ray Brousseau, executive vice president of Carrington’s mortgage lending division.

He joins Carrington from Mountain West Financial, where he served as regional vice president and spearheaded retail mortgage loan origination offices, recruiting new branches, increasing production and managing the relationship between the outside sales force and inside operational support teams.

“Carrington remains sharply focused on increasing our capacity, expanding our offerings and widening our reach to serve more consumers — tasks that require strong leadership and commitment at the local level,” said Brousseau.

O’Leary is looking forward to his new position.
