• 5 Eggs, large

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground

• 1 pinch Red pepper

• 1/4 tsp Salt

• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

• 2 1/2 cups Muenster cheese

• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
