Spider-Man fans, expect to see even more of your favorite webslinger on the big screen in the years to come.

Sony announced today that Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, known for the Jump Street franchise and The Lego Movie, will be writing a treatment and producing a new animated Spider-Man film for the big screen. The film is set for release on July 20, 2018 and will be produced by Lord, Miller, Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Amy Pascal.

Sony Pictures chairman Tom Rothman made the announcement during the studio’s CinemaCon panel earlier tonight. And rest easy, webhead fans—this new animated film won’t interfere with the plans to integrate a live-action version of Spider-Man into the Marvel cinematic universe. This animated project will exist independently of those plans, all of which are currently continuing.

The other announced plans for Spider-Man so far include an introduction in an upcoming Marvel film, followed by a live-action Spider-Man film, currently scheduled to hit theaters on July 28, 2017.
