The defendant also admitted to holding a knife in her hand during the fight to intimidate all parties involved in the fight to ensure her daughter was not injured. The defendant was not truthful as to her actions of kicking the vitim and pulling her by her hair to give her daughter an advantage during the fight and told "me she only pushed the two girls apart. The defendant then told me she may have kicked her own daughter during the fight, but did not kick the victim. reviewed two separate videos ofthe fight which Clearly shows the defendant holding an open knife in her hand and actively yelling and encouraging her daughter to "get on top of her" and “kick her ass." The videos also clearly show the defendant kicking the ] victim on her upper left side and pull her by her hair fo the ground.
