SteamFirst: With the advent of the influx of retro releases on Steam, this was almost as inevitable as it was welcome. I almost believe that this game was released so some marketing guru can take the lead character’s opening line, “I live, again,” slap it on a press release, and get paid. It might just be that there is enough nostalgia for the initial game that squeezing the rock to extract the titular substance is a no brainer. Whatever the case, Monolith’s Blood is back.

I'm surprised Ratchet & Clank wasn't on the list. Late Saint's Row games, with more imaginative weapons like the Shark gun and the armchair with guns would fit on a part two list as well
Thank you to everyone for your excellent suggestions. They have all been added to the list for part two which should be published by the end of the month :-)
The PlayStation Brahs:

Publisher Atari and developer Nightdive Studios have released new screenshots of the December 2018-announced horror first-person shooter Blood remaster.
Can't wait for this, hopefully they do Blood 2 next! This series is extremely underrated and compatibility has always been a problem for both games since their inital release.
