The third release from DJ Shadow's new imprint LIQUID AMBER is by a fellow California native by the name of Ruckazoid. The up and comer is set to drop his forthcoming 3-track EP Scratchgod I next week on March 10th, but to hold fans over he unleashed the massive single “Money” fairly recently. The sound design on this record is truly out of this world, as is the minor strategic sampling that's been done, but at other time the extremely intense, gritty, in-your-face bass takes over the whole song and is almost overwhelming but still sounds great.
