Tarrytown/Sleepy Parade Delights Large, Enthusiastic Crowd

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - The annual Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday escaped the rain that fell a day earlier, but brisk winds and cold temps still greeted the large crowds that turned out.
