Yes, animal print is back with fervor this season and in all its iterations: zebra, leopard, and cow print included. One of the most popular emerging trends involved the former with editors grabbing striped coats or dresses to make a bold statement this season. You could either pair zebra print with neutrals like USA Today's Anika Reed or add a pop of color like senior content director Jessica Andrews with an oversize yellow clutch.

PS associate director of shopping Sarah Wasilak gave this 3D floral skirt with a thigh-high slit a moment to shine. Matching sets are trending in a big way for spring 2025, and PS assistant shopping editor Kyley Warren embraced a colorblock take on the fad with this complementary pairing. While the style boasts a denim sportiness, the set is actually made from a cotton and spandex blend that's breathable and easy to move around in. Warren infused some contrast into her neutral look with a structured bag from JW Pei, pointed chocolate brown heels, and rounded sunnies to match.

Like all good '90s trends, padded shoulders have made their return to mainstream fashion — though this time, they're no longer relegated to just blazers and oversize leather jackets. Here, Warren donned a cropped ruched dress that's elevated (quite literally) by shoulder pads, which give the body-hugging frock some welcomed structure. For a more sultry touch, she slipped into a pair of thigh-high boots that are primed for evening wear, and rounded out the look with a wine-colored dumpling bag from Themoirè.

Not only is the contrast visually stunning, you can't beat the comfortable-shoe factor.

Mansur Gavriel's classic square-toe silhouette does that for Wasilak, offset by a romantic white outfit.

Andrews played up the stripes on her Victor Glemaud mockneck dress with a fuzzy wool coat and the eye-catching intrecciato basket weave of her Bottega Veneta bag. By accenting the pattern of her midi with complementary colors, her overall look feels cohesive instead of busy.
