Yesterday, (Jan 26) Bobby Shmurda and Migos gave their fans a sneak-peek of their Shmigo Gang mixtape. Despite his legal troubles the Brooklyn rapper hasn’t refrained from putting out new music.
But, his legal battles are far from over, as he remains behind bars. There have recently been a slew of reports stating that the Bobby Shmurda’s uncle and manager Debo Wilson, tried to steal $20,000 from him. Reports are also swirling that Wilson is filing a million-dollar lawsuit against his nephew for legal charges due to allegedly cancelled concert dates.
In a recent interview with Vlad TV, Wilson addressed the rumors behind these allegations. And he also took the chance to state that Bobby’s industry partners and fellow artists have abandoned him since his incarceration in December.

“We always was there for him. We put him in the right direction,” said Wilson. “When we left him, his shit’s been going downhill. He got all the dickkriding niggas in the industry that runs around behind him. They’re not trying to help him. All they’re trying to do is live off his fame. Now he’s locked up. Where all those artists at? Where they at?”
Wilson also claimed that other artist were giving his nephew drugs and pointing him in the wrong direction. He blamed all the accusations made against him for stealing money from Bobby on media reports. He pointed a finger at DJ Funkmaster Flex in particular.
“When I got motherfuckers like Funk Flex saying I’m shady, now I gotta say something,” Wilson declared. “Pussy nigga, you don’t know me, so don’t be calling me shady. Simple as that.”
Wilson claims he has tried to help get Bobby out of jail, but the rapper has not responded to his efforts. Listen to Debo Wilson’s full interview above.
