Annie Chan
B.App.Sc (USyd), CPSP
Director and Speech Pathologist
Annie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology). She is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and has over 8 years of experience working with children and adults with communication disorders. Annie has worked in a variety of settings across Sydney including hospitals, clinics and schools. Before becoming a speech pathologist, Annie worked as an ABA therapist for children with complex needs.
Annie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and has been a clinical educator
for speech pathology students completing their Bachelors and Masters Degrees at Sydney University. She has also run group training sessions for teachers and speech pathologists regarding various aspects of communication disorders.
She is trained in Hanen: More Than Words, LAMP Words For Life, The Lidcombe Program, Picture Exchange System (PECS), Key Word Sign and Hanen: Pathways to Promoting Self Regulation.
Yvonne Nguyen
MSLP, CPSP
Speech Pathologist
Yvonne graduated from Macquarie University with a Masters of Speech and Language Pathology, following her Bachelors of Speech, Hearing and Language Science. Yvonne is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with children and adults with communication difficulties to support them in achieving their goals, specifically through a family-centred approach.
Yvonne has experience working with clients with a range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome and Global Developmental Delay. She has worked in a variety of settings across Sydney including hospitals, clinics, schools, and day programs. Yvonne is eager to work with any client she meets, and values building a positive working relationship with her clients and families.
Yvonne enjoys spending time with her loved ones, participating in activities outdoors, and soaking up some sunshine. She also speaks Vietnamese!

Joanna Le
Speech Pathologist
Joanna graduated from University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Bachelor of Medical Science and is currently on her final year for her Masters of Speech Pathology at UTS.
Having grown up in South Western Sydney, Joanna is passionate about supporting clients with communication difficulties as well as providing education and raising awareness in the community.
Outside the clinic, Joanna enjoys going to the beach with her family and journaling.
Phuong Do
Allied Health Assistant
Phuong Do is a passionate allied health assistant currently studying speech pathology at the University of Sydney.
With a strong desire to help others, Phuong spends her spare time exploring the great outdoors, hiking, and discovering new places to eat.
Jeff Xia
Office Manager
Our Office Manager Jeff has over 10 years experience in customer service and management. Jeff is dedicated to supporting the families and staff in ensuring all queries and payments are organised in a friendly and efficient manner. He directly handles most operational matters such as client relations, forms and agreements, as well as any feedback received to the clinic. Jeff also handles the banking and assists with accounts receivable. He is also responsible for the supervision of the administrative team.
Jeff takes great pride in great client relations and will strive to ensure the clinic meets the high expectations set forth by our vision.
Tiffany Lam
Receptionist
Tiffany is our receptionist that works Monday to Wednesday. Tiffany will always ensure to answer questions you may have and is the friendly voice at the end of the phone when you call to make an appointment. She is dedicated in supporting our families and staff and ensuring your queries, payments and appointments are organised in a friendly and efficient manner. Outside of work Tiffany enjoys spending time with her friends, watching movies and going to the gym.

Adrianna Linh Luu
Receptionist
Linh has over 10 years experience working in administration within the health industry as the initial point of contact for referring educators, doctors, paediatricians, and allied health professionals. She has worked closely with teams of medical practitioners, speech pathologists and occupational therapists, and has a deep understanding of our clients' individual needs and issues.
