Allen Beck's son Nathan came home to American Fork, Utah after a two-year Mormon mission in Russia. His faithful companion, Bailey, a beagle/coonhound mix had been waiting for this moment for far too long:

When Nathan left, Bailey was sad. She looked for him in his room and got excited when people came to the door, thinking it might be Nathan. This time, it was!
Attempts to calm Bailey down were futile.
