LOOK: Taylor Swift gets LEGO treatment with 35k-brick mosaic

Musician Taylor Swift is the latest celebrity to get the LEGO treatment – not in the form of a mini-figure, but in a 12-foot-tall mosaic.

Visitors to a Legoland park in Windsor, United Kingdom, made the mosaic with 35,840 LEGO bricks over the weekend.

Photos posted on Legoland Windsor's Facebook page showed the giant mosaic resulting from the "Big Build" last weekend.

Legoland Windsor also showed a photo of the bricks used to build the giant mosaic.

A separate article on Mashable said the mosaic measured 8'4" by 12'7" – the result of a poll where visitors were asked which celebrity they want to be the subject of the portrait.

The park visitors helped assemble the mosaic using a template from Master Lego Model Makers and took two days to finish, it added. — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
