Sara Manes is our newest Buyer Specialist. Northern Westchester has been her home for over ten years and she enjoys showing people around the area, teaching them about the neighborhoods, restaurants, hiking trails, excellent schools, shopping and all the wonderful things this area has to offer.

Her background in marketing and real estate makes her a valuable asset to the team. Along with her experience, she brings her passion and professionalism. She is enthusiastic about finding the right home for her clients and takes full advantage of the technology available to aid buyers in their search. She understands what she needs to provide to potential buyers and ably supports them throughout the process.

Even after closing, she likes to keep the connection with her clients. Sara says “My goal is to deliver superior customer service to each of my clients; their wants and needs are important to me and I look forward to building lifetime relationships”. She brings commitment and heart to every transaction. Sara lives with her husband and two young children in Goldens Bridge and is active in the Katonah-Lewisboro school system.

Tanya Termine is our new Operations Manager. Handling the day-to-day operations, Tanya provides front-line support for our agents. Her duties include HR, office administration and technical support. She is a notary public and is very tech savvy. An enthusiastic problem-solver, she is always ready to pitch in. Tanya began her career in real estate more than 10 years ago when she became friendly with the realtor who sold her a house in Mahopac and offered her a job.

Along with extensive management experience she brings with her a genuine interest for real estate. She enjoys working at Keller Williams and is impressed by the company’s desire to develop strong individual agents by providing solid educational programs. Tanya is originally from Florida and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
