To start, all you need to do is sign up, which is as simple as linking your email account. You can connect multiple email accounts, too. From there, you’ll get a weekly summary of your habits, including:

Who you contact most
How many emails you send each week
Your ratio of received emails to sent emails

But this also means you’ll have a public profile when you sign up for the tool. The profile is editable, allowing you to remove information, like your social networks, for example.
