Summary
The seeds of distrust have been planted in the royal court of Hyrule. Despite ending the era of Twilight, Princess Zelda's authority has been called into question, with more and more advisors turning on her by the day. In the midst of this turmoil, Zelda sets out to personally escort a foreign envoy.
Link, having left a life of valor as a royal knight, enjoys his quiet life in Ordon Village. His peace is somewhat disturbed when he receives an urgent letter from Shad, who is undertaking an academic task for the royal family. Shad is adamant that this will be his life's work.
On the same unassuming day during summer, a lone traveller arrives at Telma's Pub. After receiving a favour from Telma, she offers to work for her as a serving girl.

Tagged relationships are to add context to the story. I based this off the TP manga. The characterizations, character appearances and general feel is from the Manga series.
There are quite a few Manga exclusive characters and a few OCs.
I originally started with Lore exclusively from the TP Manga, but ended up pulling lore from all the listed manga volumes.

A year has passed since "the llama incident", and Emperor Kuzco has been working hard at righting his past wrongs. All is going well, except for one thing: He has yet to choose a bride, and with only a year left to do so, time is running out.
When summer rolls in, Kuzco takes his leave from the city to relax in Pacha's village. But, he is unable to escape his problems, especially the one that comes to him in the form of a sickly girl who was found in the jungle. She is tall, pale, and thin. Her hair is the colour of blood, her eyes of emerald, and her clothes are unrecognizable. She speaks in a sharp, rolling language that no one can understand. In turn, she cannot understand a word that is spoken to her. The children think she's a monster. The adults think she's a long way from home.
And Kuzco thinks she's the bane of his existence.
