Mount Kisco, Chappaqua Businesswomen Among Honorees at Annual Philanthropy Awards Breakfast

The Association of Development Officers celebrates the impact that volunteer service and philanthropy have on Hudson Valley communities.

The Association of Development Officers has announced the list of honorees at their annual Philanthropy Awards Breakfast, and there are two locals on it.

Consultant Paula Barbag is a Chappaqua resident, who is being honored for her leadership and service.

Keeva Young-Wright of Northern Westchester Hospital has been named Fundraiser of the Year.

The Association of Development Officers is a volunteer-driven nonprofit that promotes excellence in fundraising and philanthropy throughout the Hudson Valley region. The breakfast, usually attended by 300 or more people from the region’s nonprofits, plus elected officials and corporate leaders, celebrates the impact philanthropy has on local communities.

At the breakfast, ADO will honor five people and businesses for their dedication and commitment:

  • Fundraiser of the Year: Keeva Young-Wright, Northern Westchester Hospital Foundation
  • Board Member of the Year: Vic Leviatin, WISE Services
  • Future Leader of the Year: Ezra Werlinich
  • Community Partner Award: O’Connor Davies
  • Peter J. Gallagher Award for Leadership & Service to ADO: Paula Barbag, CFRE, Consulting for a Cause
