BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- Denise Tambone, of Ossining and formerly of Eastchester, died on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015. She was 58.
Tambone was born in Bronxville on Feb. 10, 1956, to Angelo and Jean (Zema) DeLucia. She was a graduate of the Eastchester High School class of 1974.
She married Santo Tambone on Sept. 17, 1978 at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Scarsdale. She was also a longtime employee of Harris Connect in Brewster.
Tambone is survived by her husband; her son, Robert; her father, Angelo DeLucia; her two sisters; her father-in-law, Joseph Tambone; her sister-in-law; and her two nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at Dorsey Funeral Home on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa's Church, 1394 Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff , N.Y. The interment will follow at St. Augustine's Cemetery in Ossining. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gilda's Club, 80 Maple Avenue, White Plains, N.Y. 10601.
